PROJECT 01 / WALLPAPER WEDNESDAY
The objective of USL Wallpaper Wednesdays is to engage soccer fans by providing them with high-quality, visually appealing wallpapers featuring their favorite up-and-coming players, teams, and league highlights. This initiative aims to enhance fan experience, promote the league, and celebrate the talent within the USL through creative and captivating designs released weekly.
For each wallpaper, I researched and found action images of the selected player of the week, as well as collected their team logo and colors, and the league logo. I would then color coordinate the design to match the specific team’s branding. Additionally, I would deconstruct the logo and creatively incorporate elements of it along with the player’s picture cutout or other design elements. This approach ensures that each wallpaper is visually cohesive
and highlights the unique identity of the player, team, and league.
